The Arbor Hills swimming pool is next to the Club House.  The pool typically opens around the end of May and closes around the end of September. This is dependent on weather conditions and is subject to change.

 Be sure to read the Pool Rules.

 Please note... 

• Arbor Hills does not provide lifeguards – so swimming is at your own risk.
• The pool is for resident use. Guests must always be accompanied by an Arbor Hills resident. The pool gates are locked and require a key card for entry. Please do not give your key card to non-residents.  If you are caught doing so you will lose your pool privelages.
• Use of roller blades, skateboards, scooters, and bicycles is not permitted in the pool area.
• The pool hours are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily. Anyone found using the pool outside of pool hours will be asked to leave.
• Babies require Swim Diapers.  Disposable diapers are not allowed.
• Please clean up your space when leaving.  Trash recepticles are located throughout the pool area.
• Please turn the lights off in the bathrooms after use.
• It is the policy of the association board of directors to assess vandalism clean-up charges to the homeowner who creates the damage.  In the case of juveniles, the parents are liable. 
• Smoking is not permitted in the pool area.

The Arbor Hills Club House is open year round.  It is conveniently located next to the pool and across from the tennis court.   The Club House is for use by Arbor Hills residents only and can be reserved by contacting our Social Committee Chairperson, Ellen Bond at social@arborhillshoa.org - or by phone call (see phone number in Members link).

Please note...

• The Club House is for resident use only. An ADULT resident must always be present during use.
• Absolutely no sleepovers permitted!
• The Club House keys must be returned within two days after use.
• The Club House must be left in the same condition as found. The Club House can incur considerable maintenance expense with constant use, so thorough clean up and care is appreciated.
• The Club House has a occupancy limit (see posted sign). Please do not exceed it.
• If Club House tables and chairs are used, they must be returned to the location where they were found.
• All trash generated by/during your Club House rental period must be taken with you at the end of your function.  
• Smoking is not permitted in the club house.

Failure to comply with the Club House rental/usage policy will likely result in a retention of your rental deposit paid.
